We accept all major insurance.
PacifiCoast Ambulatory Surgicenter will collect all fees for the surgery center and anesthesia for your surgery. Fees quoted and collected are based on time estimates provided to this center for your surgery. The final charges for your surgery may vary from the estimated amounts. We make our best efforts to accurately quote times and fees for surgery. You may be billed for any excess time that is necessary to complete your case or may be provided a refund for any time not needed. Any fees for surgery will be collected approximately 2 weeks prior to the date of surgery at the pre-operative appointment.
Receipts: Patients are provided with an itemized statement for tax purposes.
Insurance Billing: All or part of your surgery may be billed to your insurance company if your surgeon deems the surgery medically necessary and reimbursable by your insurance company.
A determination will be made prior to your surgery if any part of your surgery will be billed to your insurance company. Billing your insurance company is not a guarantee of payment and you will be responsible for any portion of the fees not reimbursed by your insurance company.
You are always responsible for your deductible and co-insurance as outlined by your insurance benefits. Your estimated deductible and co-insurance will be collected prior to your surgery.
Additional Fees: Laboratory fees, EKG’s, and certain prescriptions are not covered in the surgical costs.
Payment Options: Payments for surgery center and anesthesia fees should be made directly to PacifiCoast Ambulatory Surgicenter. We accept cash, check, or credit card for your surgical fees. Checks should be made out to PCAS, Inc.
